Dermason beans are large flat white kidney beans, grown in Turkey. When cooked, hold their shape, and have a smooth texture and nutty flavor. Use in soups & salads, or can be cooked, baked, and blended with any vegetable or meat.

Phaseolus vulgaris, also known as the common bean, is a herbaceous annual plant grown worldwide for its edible dry seeds or unripe fruit (both commonly called beans).
