Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of purchase.

Delivery

Orders are sent by Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2-4 business days of dispatch, so most orders reach you within 4-6 business days of ordering. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally take longer during busy periods or postal delays.

Tracking

Most orders are sent as an untracked large letter, so there is no tracking number to follow. Some orders are sent by a tracked service, and where that applies we will pass the tracking details on to you.

Delivery charges

UK delivery is free on all orders.

If your order has not arrived

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@growgreenseeds.store with your order number and delivery address including postcode. We will look into it, and if the parcel has gone missing we will send a replacement.
